1. Chuara ka Doodh (Winter Energy Booster Milk)
Ingredients:

2–3 soaked chuara (overnight), deseeded & chopped

1 cup milk

A pinch of cardamom & a few strands of saffron

Optional: crushed almonds or mishri
Boil milk with chuara, let it simmer till dates soften and flavor infuses. Blend for a smoother drink or enjoy it chunky.

2. Chuara Barfi / Ladoo (No Sugar)

Dry roast deseeded chuara, grind coarsely

Mix with roasted nuts (badam, akhrot, pista), khus khus

Bind using a bit of ghee

Form into ladoos or press into barfi tray
No added sugar needed — chuara is naturally sweet & energizing!
3. Ayurvedic Chuara Chyawanprash Style Mix

Powdered chuara + amla, ginger, turmeric, black pepper

Add honey and ghee to form a paste

Store in fridge, take 1 tsp daily
