Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kaju 320 (roasted in ghee)
1 cup basmati rice (soaked)
Whole spices (cloves, bay leaf, cardamom)
1 onion (sliced thin)
Salt, ghee or oil
Instructions:
Roast kaju in ghee until golden. Set aside.
Sauté whole spices and onions until golden.
Add rice, salt, water (2:1), and cook.
Mix in roasted cashews before serving.

Instructions:
Sauté masala and spices until oil separates.
Add cashew paste, cook for 4–5 mins.
Add paneer cubes and a splash of water.

Instructions:
