Cancellation & Refund Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount within 7 working days.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded and we will refund your amount within 7 working days..
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please send the package back to us within 15 days at our address and you will get full refund within 7 working days after receiving back the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
