Exotic Dried Fruits
Method 1: Soaked & Chilled Version (Healthy Dessert or Breakfast Bowl)

Soak all dried fruits in warm water (or orange juice!) for 20–30 minutes to plump them up.

Drain excess liquid, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.

Sprinkle cinnamon or cardamom if desired.

Chill and serve as-is, or over yogurt/oats/pudding.
Method 2: Warm Spiced Dried Fruit Compote (Festive Dessert)

In a pan, heat 1 cup water or apple juice.

Add chopped dried fruits, bring to a simmer.

Add a small stick of cinnamon or pinch of cardamom.

Simmer for 10–15 mins until soft and syrupy.

Cool slightly, then serve warm or chilled. Top with nuts or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
